Rethinking work

WORK. We always hope it might change for the better. But it never seems to. What we need is a new way to think about work.

Could there be a new way to think about work?

Sometimes work is wonderful but often it is difficult and frustrating. It doesn't seem to deliver what we hope for. So what do we do? We change jobs. And what happens: the new job turns out to be difficult and frustrating. Perhaps we need a new way to think about work.

Join us for three talks that explore God and work, with our speaker Glenn Hohnberg. Could this be a new way to work?

About our speaker

Glenn Hohnberg is married to Kathryn with 4 fun boys.

He has spent the last 8 years meeting with city professionals in the CBD of Brisbane. So, in essence he has spent the last 8 years talking about work!

He is a conference speaker and a church pastor with a degree in business and IT and a degree in theology. He has started a Masters in theology but isn't sure he'll ever actually complete it.

Glenn grew up on a working farm: riding motorbikes, chasing sheep and driving huge machinery. He'd love to start rock climbing again before he gets too chicken and ride faster than at least one cyclist on his way into the CBD.
