Our third quick win is COLLEAGUES: how to connect when we have nothing in common.

As a Christian worker, we must know how to speak to, relate to and work alongside colleagues. But for most, our colleagues stand for different values, speak with a different tone and behave in a way that makes us uncomfortable. But, knowing this, Jesus still invites Christian workers to view our colleagues as something more - our neighbour.

So how can a Christian worker start loving their weekday neighbour? How do we bridge the gap between us and our colleague when the gap only feels like its getting wider?
