Blessed are the Wine and Cheese makers
A warm autumn evening was the perfect backdrop to begin a taste matching of beautiful cheeses to superb wines. Wine maker Andrew Michael shared his story from humble beginnings as a Clare Valley farmer, while cheese maker Sherree Sullivan described how she fell into her trade. Hearing the stories of people who took risks to try something different and out of their comfort zone set the stage for broadening the palette. Into this, Craig Broman dovetailed a short talk unpacking the idea of blessing and challenging people to be grateful and broaden their palette.
