In this interview with Jim Wallace, he reveals how it was always his ambition to enter the army, following his dad's footsteps. Having discovered a faith in Jesus whilst studying at Duntroon, Jim gives examples of how his relationship with God gave him a freedom and peace to lead the toughest force in the Australian army.

Brigadier Jim Wallace AM (ret'd) had a 32 year career in the Army, after which he was a sought after commentator on Defence and security issues and the founding Managing Director of the Australian Christian Lobby. He also established the Lachlan Macquarie Institute.
In 1984 he was made a Member of the Order of Australia for his contribution to counter terrorism while commanding the Army’s counter terrorist force.
