Look back, look up and look forward

A Hope Group is an in-person or online gathering of between 3-6 people which meets regularly. The groups really seemed to meet a wide-spread community need for connection & purpose! Hope Groups use a simple, memorable pattern of ‘Look back, look up and look forwards’ to help practice thankfulness, share challenges, and encourage one another from the teachings of Jesus – stories that can be easily passed on to friends/colleagues.

How to run a Hope Group

The Hope Group meets for 30-45 minutes either before work, at lunchtime or after work/at night. Most groups meet once every two weeks during Term time. They follow a 3 part format with the leader spending equal time on each component.
