Well over the years a regular conversation I've had with both pastors and Christians in the workplace is how to bridge the church-work divide. Many pastors want to help their members be equipped for their life at work while many workers express a desire for their church to be more connected to their work life. Today we meet one pastor who's passionate about deepening this connection between work and church. Exploring the difference it's made to his congregation and his advice for how other churches could do the same.
