Conflict in the workplace is inevitable. Whether you're running an organisation, managing a team or simply trying to work well with others, disagreements will happen, and everyday issues can escalate into relationship killers. How do we navigate this as Christians?

Join us for the second installment of The Morning Brief as we explore the ways in which forgiveness, humility, and biblical wisdom can transform difficult workplaces from the inside out, bring more grace — and less drama — into your workday.

We’ll hear from Dan Anderson, the Director (CEO) of The Lachlan Macquarie Institute (LMI) based in Canberra. LMI seeks to train Christian men and women for wise leadership in politics and culture. He also completed his PhD exploring the ethics of forgiveness in political contexts.

Rev. Dr. Dan Anderson is the Director of The Lachlan Macquarie Institute (LMI) which is raising a network of wise Christian leaders for politics and culture who are biblically faithful, culturally intelligent, and positively engaged for the common good. Dan holds a PhD from Macquarie University exploring the philosophical ethics of forgiveness. Prior to LMI, Dan worked with university students at Robert Menzies College and Trinity Chapel.

Aaron joined City Bible Forum at the start of 2018 and has largely coordinated local events in the Hobart context. Recently he has been spending more time with Third Space team writing and creating digital content including the Deeper Questions podcast.
