The modern workplace is increasingly shaped by cultural agendas, diversity initiatives, and social causes—some of which can leave Christians feeling uncertain, isolated, or even under pressure to conform in ways that conflict with their faith.

In a recent City Bible Forum survey, this was the number one challenge Christians in large companies said they faced.

What do you do when you're asked to show visible support for causes you don’t agree with—like "Wear it Purple" Day—or when workplace conversations assume everyone agrees on sensitive moral or ideological issues?

Do you stay silent, speak up, or stay home? Are there opportunities in these moments to reflect Christ?
