We help workers across Australia stand out for Jesus—by living distinctively in their workplace—and speak about Jesus—by sharing the gospel with their colleagues.

What We’re Looking For
We want to grow our team with people who are passionate about helping others meet Jesus in their workplace. Roles are varied, but all include:
- Mobilising and equipping Christians to share their faith at work
- Engaging enquirers in thoughtful, relevant conversations about Jesus
- Collaborating in teams locally and nationally to deliver events, campaigns, and resources
- Contributing to ministry sustainability by building strong financial support (including fundraising)
- Representing CBF well with churches, leaders, and the wider community
