One of the top 5 fears from McCrindle's report into young workers related to job dissatisfaction. The second fear was "being stuck in a job they don't enjoy or find fulfilment in" with three out of five surveyed feeling this fear (61%). In fact, young workers are likely to have 16-17 jobs in 5-7 careers before they retire.

So how do we leave jobs well when we feel stuck? When should we leave? How does Jesus protect us from feeling salty when we switch? Does our faith in Jesus allow us to front-load this so we can avoid future pain?

Join us for Leaving Jobs: how to switch without feeling salty as we continue to the third week of Headstart's 2FA: the extra (but inconvenient) level of protection we need - and leave with a more secure and robust Christian identity.

Why is this term of Headstart called 2FA?

Ever since its introduction, 2 Factor Authentication (2FA) is the step we all groan at taking. The step is time consuming, annoying and a hassle.

But we all know someone who has been scammed, whose account has been hacked, whose identity has been compromised. Unwinding and recovering from that is even more time consuming, annoying and the hassle, even greater.

Through 2FA, we have more confidence to make daily transactions from bank transfers, sending emails to buying stuff online with a credit card. 2FA creates a safe space. 2FA minimises future pain by frontloading our focus now.

That is the reason why we have called Term 2 of Headstart - 2FA: the extra (but inconvenient) level of protection we need. In this term, we want to create a safe space for young workers to help each other live for Jesus in the workplace. But more than that, in term 2, we want to minimise future pain by front-loading our focus and effort now.
