Scott Sloan began his legal career in 1985 and spent nearly three decades as a Litigation and Intellectual Property partner at Barker Gosling (later DibbsBarker), specialising in high-stakes patent, trademark, and copyright cases. He held senior roles including Managing Partner of the Sydney office and Chair of its National Federation. Widely recognised for his expertise, Scott continues to be listed in Australia’s Best Lawyers for Intellectual Property and Life Sciences.
