Recalibrate, our annual young workers getaway, is back this year! For our Melbourne Headstarters, we’ll be heading to Bonnie Doon!
This is a chance to rest and refocus so you can gear up and finish 2025 well. The goal is for you to deepen relationships with other Christian young workers beyond the Headstart talks – engaging with God’s word and in a beautiful part of God’s world over the weekend.
Spots are limited, so register early! Registrations close Monday 15 September 11:59pm AEST. After this date, we’ll email you to confirm transport and provide additional info.

What is Recalibrate like?
Recalibrate isn’t like an intensive, jam-packed church camp (more cell group/Bible study getaway). Expect Bible talks to finish by lunch time and plenty of down time to relax and get to know people. The goal is for you to return ready and well rested for work on Monday.
We’ve booked a large cosy luxe house on the water front of Lake Eildon. We also have our very own Melbourne Headstart house chef preparing home cooked meals during our stay. What a treat!
This year, we'll have Grace Huang join us to reflect on God's word and open up conversations about faith, work and life. Most of us have seen her on the screen at Headstart, so it'll be a good chance to meet with her in-person and know that yes, there is a Grace attached to a body!
