Recalibrate, our annual young workers weekend getaway, is back this year! For our Brisbane and Toowoomba Headstarters, we’ll be heading to Ilkley on the Sunshine Coast!
Life can get really hectic sometimes with our attention divided, calendars packed and a million things on the to do list. Recalibrate aims to give you a chance to reflect, rest and reset to help us through the hump of 2025. To do this, we’ll engage with God’s word, be with God’s people, surrounded by the stunning oceans and grand mountains of the Sunshine Coast.
Make sure to get in quick though as spots are limited, so register early! Registrations close Sunday 14 September 11:50pm AEST. After this date, we’ll email you to confirm transport and provide additional info. This is not an opportunity you want to miss.

What is Recalibrate like?
Recalibrate isn’t like an intensive, jam-packed church camp (more cell group/Bible study getaway). Expect Bible talks to finish by lunch time and plenty of down time to relax and get to know people. The goal is for you to return ready and well rested for work on Monday.
We’ve booked cosy luxe houses in close proximity to each other and near the beach for a chilled weekend together. We also have two young workers joining us as house chefs and will be preparing home cooked meals during our stay.
Recalibrate has been running for nine years, with getaways organised in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Hobart. Recalibrate is part of Headstart, City Bible Forum’s young workers network. Learn more about Headstart here.
