About this event:
Recalibrate, our annual young workers getaway, is back this year! For our Sydney and Canberra Headstarters, we’ll be heading down south to Culburra Beach 🏖️
This is a chance to rest and reset so you can gear up and finish 2026 well. The goal is for you to deepen relationships with other Christian young workers beyond Headstart on Mondays – engaging with God’s word and in a beautiful part of God’s world over the Labour Day long weekend.
Spots are limited, so register early! Registrations close Sunday 6 September 11:59pm AEST. After this date, we’ll email you to confirm transport and provide additional info.

What is Recalibrate like?
Think relaxed weekend away, not jam-packed church camp. With Bible talks wrapping up by lunch, you’ll have plenty of downtime to explore, hang out with fellow Christian young workers, and recharge before heading back to work on Tuesday. See last year’s photo recap here.
We’ve booked cosy luxe houses in close proximity to each other and all near the beach for a chill long weekend together. We will also have home cooked meals during our stay 😋
