Lucas is co-founder of Irving Rocha, which owns Cooki Haircare and Eurowalls—brands growing rapidly across Australia, New Zealand and the US. Before launching his ventures, Lucas was Head of E-Commerce Strategy at Woolworths, where he led customer experience and growth initiatives for the retailer’s $7 billion online business. His earlier career spans M&A advisory at PwC, corporate strategy at AB InBev, and retail operations as GM of a five-store supermarket chain. Originally from Brazil, he holds an MBA from AGSM at UNSW and graduated Cum Laude in Chemical Engineering from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro. Lucas also founded Fundação Iluminar, which provides scholarships for underprivileged students in Brazil.
